    Test e 250

    I have test e 250 I'm taking 500 a week and 450 of deca . My question is does it matter if I take 2cc in one injection a week of the test or would it make it better to split it between 2 injections. And if I workout 4 dAys a week should I take the injection before I start my workouts for the week. Thanks
