What kind of music do you listen to when you train?
I've gotta have my music at all times in the gym. I can't stand the shit they play in there, and it helps me to block everything out. I live for metal, so I'm usually listening to some pretty hard stuff-especially on really heavy days. Currently it's been Vader, Nile and Cannibal Corpse, although you can never go wrong with some old school Metallica. I also really dig the new Slipkot album-intense! What do you guys(and gals)listen to?

"Riding through dust clouds and barren waste
Galloping hard on the plains
Chasing the red skins back to their holes
Fighting them at their owm game
Murder for freedom, a stab in the back
women and children a cowards attack"

Quite a bit of it depends on mood. But usually the gym I go to (university gym) plays dance/pop music and it seems to work okay with the motivation...especially since I like all types of music!!! Hehe
