    loss of appetite

    recently i got into a big fight with my friends and family.. and i couldnt eat for days. now im tryin 2 go bak 2 my 1900 cal diet and i can hardly eat my meals. i've already loss over 5lbs in a week and i dnt kno wat 2 do to help with my appetite.

    all i want is confort food.. but i dont wanna eat it , i wrked 2 hard 2 get where i am and i dnt wanna lose anymore muscle. ayone got any suggestions.. any supps i can take or sumthing?????

    keep your protein intake high... protein shakes or supplement with BCAAs. that will stave off muscle catabolism somewhat.

    Don't jump back to 1900 or your body will start storing most of it. Increase your food intake gradually. As you start eating more your metabolism should adjust and speed up

    yea.. i've been takin it slow for the past week. yesterday i ate most of wat i usually eat. but i skipped a meal. so it was around 1600 cals.

    and thanx thats a good idea too. i will take my bcaas during the day maybe i wont lose so much.

    i might have 2 get my measurements taken again and see where im at. if i lost lbm i might have 2 lower my cals anyway.

    i am going through the same thing rite now, recovering from being sick i am about 75% back to normal. But when i was real sick i could not eat, and i think my stomach must have shrunk and its very hard for me to eat. I can handle about half of what i was eating b4. give it a week.

    Squat heavy... Hiit cardio ... And make up with the friends and family is usually what happens to me when I'm feeling down and nostalgic

    try peptides if u can ghrp-2

    thanx.. i made up with fam and friends.. well sorta... and im tryin 2 eat my meals.. but i feel like pukin...

    it sux.. like i wish i was on a cycle atleast.. if im gonna eat less i could just carb cyce lol and get sum benefit from it LOL

    ud be shocked then by how many bodybuilders smoke### even more so back in da old days
    they used it to make them hungry to help with pain to relax muscles and so on

    hell markus ruhl smokes cigs to suppress his appetite so he says

    thats interestin.. i never new that. its smart too... like i would never think to smoke to suppress my appetite. but i guess if you want it bad enough u do wat ever it takes to help u get to that goal eh...

    its actually good advice.
    it is scrpited to people who need to eat.

    about the smoking to supress apt, alot of people on the road use this method. they smoke a couple cigs daily to keep from eating all the shit on the road..
    im a full time smoker so i do it when on the road and off the road..

    thats actually a really good tip. im plannin 2 do a practice pre-comp diet. i plannin 2 do 2 shows in 2011 and i wanna do sum serious dietin this yr 2 prepare. that deff sumthin im gonna try
