Hi Guy's. I have just turned my garage next to my house into a gym. It is not very big but it is enough for me. I am very happy. Now I can focus on my training 100%. It is a fresh start for me.

Holy hell that's a tight fit. Congrats tho
Tight like a tigerr
Looks good tho man. Stay motivated.
dam bro, what did you plan on parking in that garage? lol
Nice setup though with the limited space. I put it of i I do it at home, I have to do it at my gym.
Awesome set up .
I do like the big board to keep track of progress and such .
Wow, impressive. Great job
Thanks Guy's. The garage was never intended for a car. It was a toss up between a garage for my toy's (motocross bike and banshee) or a workout area. In the end their was only one winner. I could have built the garage as long as I liked but could not make it any wider unfortunately. Had to do the best with what I had. Bought equipment just to do the basic's.
Some pic's from the build.

lol stack it...as soon as i seen ur post i dyed laughing, because i thought the same thing in my head than read ur post.....Other than the tight fit tho. thats pretty sweet dude. Shit i dont think anyone would complain about having that.
You say "no distractions" now. Wait a little bit and you'll find out lifting at home actually has way more distractions then anything. Which is why I got back into lifting at the gym.
I'll admit it has its benefits, but after a while they seem to go away lol
Bo has an excellent point-
nice job w/ the construction
Nice equipment.
I worked out at home for about 6 years consistently. If you want to lift then you will lift.
How much is membership at the paddy155 gym? I got arrested at golds, and I'm sick of 24hr fitness, so I'm in the market for a new gym...
HEY M&M, whos in the avy?
thats fuvking talent
Thats the wife of... uh... well, some chick I wish I new
I like to look at that picture and pretend that the coffee cup is my... firmly held in her warm wet mouth with her (preferably cold) feet.
That is a dream of mine to have a full gym in my pad.
I have been working out soley at home for several years now. LOVE IT.
Congrats on the wise use of a small space. Now lift it!!!!!!
Nice bro. Now all you need is a front desk and a couple of hot desk bitches.
This is why I decided to train myself. For example,I would go to the gym after work and it would be bicep's and back I was training that night. I go into the gym and it is extremly busy as I can only go at peak times. I have my exercises and poundage noted in my notebook for keeping track. The workout that was only intended on being an hour actaually takes nearly double that as I constantly have to wait on the equipment I intend to use. I hate to wait. Plus I get pissed of waiting for people sitting around on machines joking and not taking their workout's seriously.
It also saves me £35/57$ a month that can be spent on food or supplement's.
Each to their own I suppose. Time will tell. Will be starting a photo blog soon to track my progress. Just finalising my diet with the help of Nark. Start this Monday.
