I have always been lucky in that my dvck gets hard several times a day and always on command. The problem with cycling for me is it almost NEVER goes away!

their was actually a study done in aus on whether and old rumour 'orgasm before a game of sport' helped releieved tension and increased overall athletic performance
the study was done on several cricket teams
results showed that the individuals who had a orgasm before their training sessions had significantly slower reaction times, ball throwing distance, and sprinting speeds
NOW i think im going to go have to browse googe to see if i can find this study again,
obviously this doesnt relate directly to weight training, but it should show indicication that actual sex drive helps improve overall performance, and relieving it weakens overall performance
whether it has the same effect on weight training i guess is a personal experience,
for me if i have a pull before my workout itll screw up my intensity
