For the car guys
Heres the thing
I just saw this car today http://www.autocatch.com/used-cars/1...0gt~253473.htm
and i was wondering , do u guys consider it a good buy.
The goals aré to:
buy an inexpensive car
not to put to much into repairs
keep the vehicle for 2 maybe 3 years
gas i would push it up to300 Per. Month (gas here at 0.95 cents a L or so )
drive back and forth to university (7km round trip)
and have an inexpensive good looking car..
Would u guys go for it ?

I wouldnt. Traditionally Mitsubishi isn't the most reliable brand, and I don't think a 3000GT would be all that cheap to fix if something were to happen.

Yeah I wouldn't consider this car. Mitsubishi has some of the worst reliability rates in the industry. I actually work in the auto industry and would recommend against this car. My brother had an Eclipse back in the day and blew the motor on it at only 55K miles and my wife bought a new Eclipse a few years back and had nothing but trouble. SHe only kept the car for a year and got rid of it.
Go to Autotrader.com and plug in what you want to pay for a vehicle and look at your options.

The 3000GT VR4 is one of the most amazing cars ever built. However, unless you make a lot of money and can afford to properly maintain one, don't buy it.
This version isn't the VR4, but still. The 3000GT is one of the best looking cars ever made. It WILL breakdown though. If I was going to buy one, I'd buy a VR4 that has been properly maintained for $25,000.

If you want reliable, fast, cheap and good mpg it's hard to beat an older civic with a new engine swapped. Just don't put the big stupid wing on it.

I think you just went backwards. Yes yes, turbo civics are crazy fast. Ive figured out the best way to judge a car. Just ask a girl what she thinks of it. I hate to say it, but its true. "Come here babe check out my honda"...Just doesnt seem right does it.
Now, i am not a hater of the civics(owned two, both had turbo b18c's) But you just cant go wrong with Exotics, and domestics...Since your in canada pick up a skyline. Pretty cheap nowadays...
