true that....
the gym may be a way for you to step away from the stress for a while.
leave the cellphone in the car, put on some music, and lift.
sorry to hear about your loss.

Sorry to hear it man but you have to get a grip before things get out of hand. I agree w/the others. Get in the gym w/some good music and put your frustrations out on the weights and cardio. Some of my best days in the gym are when things are tough and i need to vent.
Don't let it get too far out man. 1 month leads to 2..2 to 3, so forth and so on. And if it does get out of hand, and when you do get back to the gym, you're going to be pissed at yourself for taking such a leave.
Good luck man.

if u go to the gym take all ur pain and suffering with u work out till u cant walk out on ur own make sure the next few trips u leave it all there
trust me bro i know it hurts
but really u dont have a choice to let this break u down isnt what they would want i was told by my grandmothers a few month before her passing last year that its not a time to be sad when she dies thats life and the best thing i could every do was to live my life to the best i could and to always know she would have been proud of me

I have personally learned that things like this just help make you a stronger person. Screw the gym right now just be with family.

I'm sorry to hear that bro, i hope everything get's better for you, i think the best thing for you is not to stay alone, if you have friends going to the gym i suggest you go with them and workout together, and time will heal everything bro
