Your body has prob adapted to the ambien.
Try over the counter stuff for a week and go back to the ambien. If that does not work go see your doc.
ambien is only a short term fix, your body has probably built what you call a tolerance level to the drug, the longer you take it the more you will need to consume for it to have the same affect, i would recommended trying sedating antihistamines such as phenergan (promethazine Hydrochloride) or you could try benzodiazpines (tranquilzers such as diazepam or lorazepam) im currently taking a drug called zopiclone, i have suffered from insomnia for years and find i have to mix it up a little with the tabs every so often
go see your doc and see if he can prescribe you something, but remember they are meant to be only short term fixes
too many chems man. I used to suffer from serious insomnia.
try researching some breathing exercises and maybe some relaxing forms of meditation. worked and still works for me
me be too many chems for you but i have other mental health problems which dont help the situation, relaxtion helps with my physiological symptoms of my anxiety but not my cognitions
i have insomnia also.....i just put up with it at the min when not working, unless i have something important to do the next day....i take valium helps me a lot.....
Try some medical smoke before bed. Its helped
a few of my friends when some otc meds didn't
do a thing for them..
Not on cycle, but have lost 10 pounds in the past month almost unintentionally. Also have not really been on ambien for a few months but got prescription refilled becausse couldnt sleep and it has not been workin..weird.
Triazolam works for me whenever I have insomnia or anxiety.
