Anyone work with a douchebag at work?

I work with this ass hole, he's such a bitch. Trys to talk to me like he's my boss, but I shut him down all the time. And he hates that so he goes and tells my boss like the bitch that he is and says I'm giving him attitudes that it's hard to work with me. This dude is 53 years old and acts like a freaking kid. I can't stand this dude. I swear if it was an off the books job I wouldn't hesitate to call him out and give him an ass whoopin that he deserve. I can go on and on with what this dude does to me at work. Strsses me the hell out

Anyway do any of you guys work with a douche like this one?

Worked w/at least one on every job site since i was 17 years old. Used to just laugh at them till i started using tren. Now it's all i can do to keep from their whipping their ass. I know what it's like.

I am a truck driver , but been doing some rough carpentry on the side . The guy doesn't pay near union scale even though I know more than him . The last job was adding on a existing garage . He wants to reuse the old ass lumber , have me remove all the nails and reuse the nails . He worries about money , but I spend more time remove bent nails I tried to reuse . Also bitches when I tell him the short cuts are going to cost him when not building to code . He has a bunch of rentals and has no concept of old / new construction .
I get so irritated , he said I better stop shaking my head at him . Then I shake my head more . Sigh ***

Oh boy, do I ever. But let me tell you about the one time I got fired. I worked at this fabrication shop, and if there is one thing worse than a dirtbag trying to tell you what to do, its one who thinks he's king shit because he gets another buck an hour. They hired this **** named "Tito" as the shop foreman. Tito didnt know shit, he sat in an air conditioned office and the only time he came out in the shop was to yell at everyone to work faster. One morning I walked into work and he asked me to move something. His way of asking me was "Move that ****ing shit" so I walked over and grabbed it, and said "This shit right here?" he said "yea, move that shit" I chucked it across the shop breaking it all into a hundred pieces and replied "there ya go, is that good mother****er!!"dude brought me into his office and asked me what my problem was, I said flat out "You've been talking to me like a dog since you came here and I'm not gonna stand to be talked to like that by a punk ****er" dude got in my face and said "who u calling a punk ****er?" I said "you bitch" and then I was fired. I didn't give a shit, it felt like a weight lifted off me. I'm glad I was fired, because if I wasn't I wouldn't be in as good of a position as now, and I'd still be at a shit job working with mindless, worthless ****s. I found the best way to work with dicks like this is to know more. Not just think you know more, but know more to the point of getting promoted and reminding the **** your higher up on the chain.


I later found out "Tito" was in prison for having sex with a 8 yr old girl. What goes around comes around, he's probably lying in his cell with a ripped up asshole right now thinking about how acting like king shit got him nowhere in life.

I am actually fortunate to work with a few people where we all can make fun of each other at times and it takes the stress of every day off. But with that said it's the customers where we all have to really wonder about. Saturdays we get the hung over one's who come into the shop area needing to talk our ear off while sipping on their double latte mocha from Starbucks about shit we could good give a shit about. Then theirs the customer with a I'm better than you attitude you are gonna respect me, lol. These are the easiest one to **** with. Had a punk ass come in asking for a price I used to charge when I first started out working for myself although I did work for him before. Then proceeds to tell me IF you do a good job I'll send you business. I said "You see that exit sign behind you?" "Don't let the door hit you on the way out!" I refuse to let some foreign punk that's 21 talk down to me.

Two I can think of....one was asshole i never talked to him one day he decided to be funny and make a racial joke I am ok with that kind of jokes if i know u but it never talked to the dude so I went into IT directors's office...told him and in the end I said either u fix it or I am going to fix it by knocking his teeth in....2 days later he came and apologized.

2 days ago me and my co-worker was talking about program not working this girl try to be funny and said "did u tell ur wife"? I said what? she said that "it" doesnt work....i said oh its works for my wife fine but there are so many girls u can do before it stop working my limit is 3 in one day...shut her right up...

what can i do about it? the school board is in their pocket, the cops bust their parties from time to time but the campus police are a joke here. Trust me, i try my best to keep my friends from getting put in that situation but it happens every weekend without fail
