Client Profile:
Monica is a 41 year old high school teacher. She recently joined a volleyball league and wants to work on her tough spike. She is getting married in 8 months, is 9 months post-partum and is very motivated to tone her arms and butt. She has been doing light, inconsistent circuit training for the last year and got not results from her effort. She has 28% body fat and weighs 145 pounds.

Start her off on a high dose of Test/Tren and put her in the squat rack.
