My metabolism sucks.
^^ Well it seems that no matter what i eat, or when i eat it get away with one shit a day. Usually during the morning and sometimes i can hold it for two days. I don't know if that's normal but sometimes when i go out with my friends they'll take a shit in like two hours wtf. Does this has anything to do with me gaining wait fast?
I'd been on my diet for about a month and still no changed, i do cardio about 3-4 days a week 45min each. So yeah i don't take enought shits.

hahaha my gf poops sometimes like once a week. She gets pissed at me cause like clockwork i will have to shit 20-30 mins everytime after i eat.

i poop ususualy once a day
now that im bulking, on cycle and eating 5000 calories a day im shitting 5 times a day, and its fukin annoying

does how often you poop a day have to do with your metabolism or your digestive tract.

my body runs like clockwork - I go ever morning and ever night at basically the same time, so convenient. If you having trouble pooping you should maybe substitute one of your carb meals for all bran flakes. Or try some probiotics, excellent for getting you digestive system running properly and in good health

Since i've started drinking 1.5L of milk a day, i seem to be spending alot of time on the shitter.
My metabolic age is 14, WHICH MAKES PUTTING ON SIZE EXTREMELY FVCKING DIFFICULT.

I've asked this around here and have researched only to come up empty handed. It might seem silly, but everytime my metabolism kicks up, so does the frequency of bowel movements per day. I don't know, but would be curious if there have been some studies... Maybe one for Muscle Science to research when he gets some time.

they could be taking in a lot of garbage food....hence the amount of waste they produce.
and if you're taking in quality, you will probally produce less waste.
personally, i found that taking cod liver oil and flaxseed oil made a HUGE difference in my eliminations and regularity

I don't really poop everyday..... Since upping my calories I have been tho. One would think there should be a direct correlation between how much you eat and how much you poop.....
oh and as far as i know..... girls don't poop..... *edit* Except for Rangings.....

I search on yahoo and nothing. I think the once a day is up to standards but i did find out about texture, smell and size. But it makes sense that if i eat a 3lbs burrito vs a chicken sandwich the burrito would go out faster well it doesn't for me. Yes, i'd had a 3 pound burrito before with friends an a drink.

I go usually 2 maybe 3 times depending how mush fiber Im eating. I like to do the "old" power cleanse about every 2 months and man it works wonders on cleaning you out. The recipe is: 10 tsp of rough ground psyllium husk mixed in 1 quart of H2O. Drink right before bed. In the morning take about 25mg ephedrine and a couple cups of coffee, that stimulates the relaxation of the smooth muscles in the guts. Add some probotics in after the dump. This really works!! I can't remember where I got the recipe for this, it may have been on here but its the real "shit"
I've got a buddy who has a digestive system like nothing I've ever seen. 6 times a day!! It blows my mind! He is shitting every 2 hours I swear. But like others have said, I don't know a woman yet that goes more than 6 times a month. Most of that is cause by what they eat, Nothing!

I'm the luckiest guy in the world as far as this is concerned. No matter what time I wake up, I work very odd hours, I poop within twenty minutes of rising. There, done for the day. That part is awesome.
I'm also what you would call a 'hard gainer'. I have a lot of struggles to keep my weight around 200 lbs. Maybe the 'poop once a day' thing has some merit for us hardgainers?!?!??
