^^ Well it seems that no matter what i eat, or when i eat it get away with one shit a day. Usually during the morning and sometimes i can hold it for two days. I don't know if that's normal but sometimes when i go out with my friends they'll take a shit in like two hours wtf. Does this has anything to do with me gaining wait fast?
I'd been on my diet for about a month and still no changed, i do cardio about 3-4 days a week 45min each. So yeah i don't take enought shits.
