Comcast Crap

So this one channel is stuck on record... wtf.
If I put the channel up on the screen, it shows its recording, but when I check my dvr, its not there.
So when I record another show and try to switch channels, it makes me cancel it because if your recording two things at once, the channel has to be set on one of them.
So I tried going to the stuck channel and changing it so it asks to stop the recording. But everytime I put OK to stop, it just refreshes and continues on recording...

wtf... anybody had this problem? Its pissing me off.

unplug the box for a couple minutes and plug it back in

yea reboots work everytime what happens a dvr box is in many way the same as a internet modem from time to time data gets stuck

if it happens to many times u need a new box but for 3-5 times a year its normal

love their new service and its alot cheaper then the other cable companies and direct tv...
