Obama has f*cked the middle class, has he not?
Wow, talk about highway ****ing robbery, anybody else take a good look at their W-2 forms this year? Yes, as you can see they have taken less money out of you Federally throughout the year. But did you see that much of an increase on your pay thoughout 2009? I sure as hell didn't, so where has the money gone? I'll tell you where it's gone, this clown in office has changed the tax tables so much its literally ****ed over middle and upper class. According to Obama, if you made 30-50k/yr you were living good. So what I see is a system that is designed to draw a nice, fine line in the sand to separate government owned entities from the working poor. The middle class is getting ****ed royally, you can all pat yourselves on the back now for voting this guy into office

same assholes, different party. do you really expect anything better from anyone else?
no.
they all have the same agenda in the long run. repub, demo, it's all the same crap in the end.

No ****en way, I honestly think hillary would have done a better job at this point. Obama thinks he is a ****en movie star. He ****en sucks. PLEASE READ THIS.
An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before,
but had once failed an entire class.
That class had insisted that Obama's socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer.
The professor then said, "OK, we will have an experiment in this class on Obama's plan".
All grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade so no one would fail and no one would receive an A.
After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B.
The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy.
As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too so they studied little.
The second test average was a D!
No one was happy.
When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F.
The scores never increased as bickering, blame and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else.
All failed, to their great surprise, and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great but when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed.
Could not be any simpler than that.

I can say not paying income tax, or sales tax, or hell buncha other taxes really does add up.
I think the average 40 year-old guy looking down the road to retire really can´t due to the tax laws.

The 2009 tax tables are released 01/01/2009 and written in 2008.
I filled and got ass fvcked by the IRS on a quarterly basis for more years than I can count. Most pharmacist that are self-employed file quarterly.
2009 tax tables were the last written by bush.
No increase in brackets were made post Obama.
Obama has made changes to the tax tables, which he calls a stimulus. I have no fvcking idea what means.
The bank bail out and stimulus was not started by Obama.

I must be just plain retarded tonight.
So, alright, congress didn´t renew the Bush tax cuts right? And, Bush Admin did write the tax tables that came into play in01/ 2009, right? As for the spending I do not understand what that has to do with the tax tables, but can we nlame that on Obama too? But, Obama did walk into office prior to all funds being dispursed from the bush stimuli(more than one right) So lets just say Obama forced bush not to finnish the job...
Did I get that right...
Is this one of those Dick Cheney deals were Ol´ Dick blames Obama for the time table to remove troops from Iraq, a time table that was passed while Dick was president of the Senate?
Hey I didn´t get my cardio in today, its Obama´s fault.

No one can be sure, But maybe we should consider it's more accurate?
America seems to not consider a budget, we'll just borrow it, which is fine, or tax people more.
What is getting increased funding? Almost everything is decreased.
We can't complain either or blame "the people" I believe 68% of american's supported the war in Iraq, that is currently costing 12 billion a week. The Osoma man hunt is currently costing 4 billion a week (no wonder the guys considered a legend to some).
We could cut HUGE amounts of taxes, if we wanted. But what effect would that have on our economy? The government is artificially simulating the economy as it is, by taxing/spending. People have money still, they are scared to spend it though because in the past 5 years their 401Ks have cut in half.
If you want to cut funding, look to our military. The WORLD as a whole, spends 1.7 Trillion dollars on military cost. 680 Billion of that is the US military funding.
Globally, we are 42.8% of the global military spending. The next top 10 countries after us, combined are 21%.
2nd, is china who spends 5.8%. (90 billion dollars)
So we have a 1.5 Trillion dollar deficient in 2010, what's the best way to cut it knowing what we spend, and everyone else spends?
We always cut money from other projects, 120 are to be cut in 2011. Then we increase money into education. That's always popular right? Get the kids more computers, lay off teachers though.
So we have some great students coming out of college, that will work where? The goverment not just the president, keep trying to "fund" new jobs, 100 billion is to be allotted to create jobs, but with cutting 120 funded projects, we are cutting thousands of good jobs.
We have to quit trying to create, and stimulate jobs for the lower class anyway. Low qualifying job seekers are not going to be able to get a job at GM and retire a millionaire like it has been in the past. We can't compete with a foreign market on that level with out accepting their life style and living conditions.
Sorry btw, I have A.D.D.

200K is not wealthy by any means, it is middle class. He is not taxing the wealthy but taking the middle class down more. If he is going to tax the wealthy it should be 2,000,000.00 +
200k looks like a lot if you have nothing but 2 educated people in one household can make 200K easy and it does not go very far anymore.
I had high hopes for his office but he has done NOTHING to help people. He has only helped bail out the rich, bank owners and CEO's. They did NOTHING for the people. None of that helped anyone. Do you know anyone it really helped? Did anyone get to keep their house, get forgiven for past due payments? Where did the money go?
They healthcare will only help the very poor but it will also keep them poor because as you reach middle class you wont be able to afford the other health care so you wont move up. It will help bring a lot more of us down. It all sucks.Last edited by lovbyts; 02-01-2010 at 10:29 PM.

Wealth varies GREATLY state to state, area to area.
200k annually is middle class in area's of California, Florida, lots of places in the west and New York. Get a MBA and head to LA or NY and you'll start out about 100k a year.
You really can't even buy a "starter" home in these area's for under 300k. Most homes in higher income area's sell for 400k+.
In my area (good old western Michigan) if you made 200k anually in a house hold, you would be among the top 5% maybe 2% in the area.
The median house hold income in Michigan in 2009 is probably half that of Maryland's. I know unemployment % were released for the last quarter of 2009 and Michigan has the highest rate of any state. County to county varies from 13-27%
So the working class, middle class, upper class varies a lot by the area in question. While wage is low here, so is the cost of living. You'd expect a house payment under 1,000 in this area with escrow in taxes and insurance. I purchased a house last year for 25k, it needed work, but few area's you can buy a investment property that cheap. Unless you go to Saginaw, MI. Detroit MI or Flint MI where you can seriously buy homes for $5,000.

That's where you are wrong, he is changing a lot. Yes he is a puppet but he is making the changes the masters want. Giving a carrot to the poor that will only help keep them poor, punishing the middle class (entrepreneur) who are the ones who employ most of Americans and will just cause more poor working class.
All he has done is smoke and mirrors. Who has it helped except for the rich? Anyone here benefit from what he has done? Did it/he save anyone's house? No, he just made sure the banks CEO's got paid and made MORE. All BS

You think buying a home is a good investment now? I HOPE so but if they push the green bill through it wont be. you wont believe what you will have to do to a house before you can sell it and it will be near impossible to make any profit. Check into it, it's crazy but it's another bill he is pushing through that will only hurt most people.

Buying a house right now is risky. I started buying homes as investments in 2002 and owned 5 at one time (some multi units) and it ended up being 12 units and tenants to maintain.
Between the falling market, property taxes, maintinace cost, repair cost, and upkeep cost, I sold 2 last year at a loss and a huge loss of time.
I was using it as a 401K type investment, for retirement, but I was taking good, profit from my company, and flushing it away into houses at an alarming rate. Not to mention the amount of time it took to manage the properties and maintain them.
The only way I'd reccomend anyone to buy a home right now, is if they have a very stable and dependable job, can afford the mortgage, and the mortgage + Property Tax + Insurance + upkeep would be less than their rent.
Rent prices have not caught up to the housing market increases in the late 90's. Many investors and home owners are sitting on houses that have appreciated in value 1,000%. The house they bought in 1980 and are renting out for 1k today, they paid 45k for in 1980.
