EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATES CAN TRACK THERE PROGRESS IN THE MEMBERS CYCLE FORUM AND THE WINNERS OF EACH CLASS CAN WIN UMM. $100.00 OF SUPPLEMENTS FROM ALLSPORTSNUTRITION, WHATCHA SAY BOYS? I don't see Mugs going for that. You'd be suprised at the small amount of profit they turn off those supps, with running overhead, at cost specials, and this board to support. The money's just not there to toss. Mugs and PT also have a bunch of new stuff planned to kick inot effect over the next year or so that takes up free cash.

That would be cool but I like the idea of pushing it off for a few months and making it a full on comp via the net. We can push it back and give everyone time for contest prep. I'm quit a way off myself.

Start Date: March 1st

End Date: June 1st

To be elgible for prizes that have yet to be determined you will need 5 before snapshots that include

Front Relaxed
Back Relaxed
Front Double Bi
Rear Lat Spread
Free pose snap shot

The after shots have to be exact same poses no matter which we choose to judge on.

There will be Two categories: Contestants who wish to cut for the 12 week period and contestants who wish to bulk for the 12 week period. Age and starting stats are not significant but rather the amount of change and transformation during the duration of the competition.

I say the winner of each category gets personalized heading under his/her user name.

Oh yea,since the comp was my brainchild each of you will be required to write a 13 page essay about how much of an inspiration fkitletsgo has been in your life and how my idea's have changed your life for the better,For info on where to send your check and money orders for entrance fee please pm me. The fee is only 350 bucks
