chest size vs. waist size
in the spirit of my "what percent of your bodyweight can you bench", here's another kinda proportions question. how does your waist size compare to your chest size? i think this is a really good question because arnold says that back in his day, a small waist was vital to winning competitions. i'm not really into pro bodybuilding, but i must admit, a small waist really really makes a big chest look better. and i also think is funny when i see huge guys at the gym struting around like they are the shit when they have guts the size of my intellect (or my ego for that matter, haha...its a joke...)
so lets hear it!
waist: 31-32
chest: dunno...=/

I keep needing to clarify this. WHERE exactly are you measuring your waste? See I wear my pants kinda low, not at my belly button (which apparently some people do). Can someone just post a pic of WHERE the "waist" is. The difference between waist and hips and wutever.

it depends what you call small ,moderate,big....... i voted for moderate on both
It also depneds how you measure your waist because i have wear 32" pants but yet measure 34 inches at the waist and stomach (so it;s not placement of the jean) and i also do not wear my pants tight .i tried a 34 before and they are way to loose .Kinda strange isnt it???????
My chest is 45"

Are we talking about relaxed or expanded measurements? I can expand my chest out to 53", but it is only 49-50" or so when relaxed.
As for my waist, it can go anywhere from 38" (before breakfast) to 40/41" (after the all-you-can-eat buffet in chinatown).
