Which forum would be best to post a log..
for progress with training and diet ?

either training or diet, depends which one you want more comments on your training or diet

I would start a log in the workout section. In your first post list you diet, macros for each meal plus the totals. Also post your stats and goals. Post your workout routine as well. As you update it keep it detailed and the members can help you make adjustments as you go.
