    Thumbs up 20 yr old. Should I start?

    Considering starting a cycle of test. Would love some suggestions on a first cycle. I feel like I have a good base but could possibly gain some more weight naturally. I hit the weights hard as f*ck and I think Im eating well too check the stats...

    Age:20
    Weight:192
    Height:6' 1/2"
    BodyFat:Unknown (Pretty Low)

    Diet:
    As far as the diet goes, I'm trying to gain mass right now. Im trying to keep it a clean high calorie diet to build some lean mass.

    Student so my schedule is wack sometimes

    Meal 1 (1030 AM) - 6 egg whites 3 yokes, cup and 1/2 of oatmeal or 3 pieces of hole-grain toast, 1/2 cup of granola with yogurt and fruit, cup of whole milk
    Meal 2 (2 PM)- whole chicken breast, cup of broccoli or grean beans, pasta or cup of rice, milk or water
    Meal 3 (4 PM)- Protein Shake (Whey 20 grams per serving 2% w/milk)
    Workout (5 PM)
    Meal 4 (After Workout)- Chocolate Milk or Protein Shake
    Meal 5 (8 PM)- whole chicken Breast, greens or salads, pastas or rice
    Meal 6 (10 PM)- Subway 12 inch chicken breast sub loaded with (veggies)
    Meal 7 (12 PM)- Protein Shake

    No you don`t need steroids , eat more food.

    I have not been to a doctor to get my plates checked but I have been the same height and had the same shoe size since about 7th grade so I'm pretty positive they're sealed up.

    Chocolate milk is what all the big boys drink PWO, just look at the guy on the far right.

    It has incredible muscle gaining capabilities.

    Your endocrine system isnt even fully developed yet and forget about stunting your growth... what about low test for life and being on HRT til you DIE!

    And Im no pro but chocolate milk can occasionally be good for you after a work out. Intstant carbs to the body.

    Mate I disagree with your opinion. In my opinion there are many other things you could have PWO that are many times better than chocolate milk.

    Why dont you just buy chocolate proptien and have it with milk - eaxactly the same and you will get 50g protien. Throw in some honey or bananas and you have GREAT PWO.

    Wheres all the protien in choclate milk?

    I agree with you man. I usually do the chocolate milk thing if i cant get to some protein powder. Its better than nothing. I guess I just got into that mindset bc i used to play football d-1 and our coaches would make us down chocolate milk after practice but its a little differnt bc your burning hundreds of calories after a 2 1/2 practice.

    Been lifting since 15. Mom competed in all natural competitions and taught me well so I like to think that I have some decent knowledge about diet and exercise.

    Yeh but that "better than nothing" attitude will not fly if your going to juice.

    Thats why every person on this board will say "diet & training" and it is true.

    All i can say is if your going to do it research for another month or two and get a diet made up for you in the diet section. You will need your BF% tested.
