anyone been successful getting a gf "back into shape"?
There's a girl i used to hang with who was an absolute knockout; lean but not skinny natural black hair, italian decent like me. Well at age 20 she went away to college and i had not seen her until she was about 24. She had gained a good 30 pounds. She is now 27 and married.
Fast forward to present; i'm 27 and i meet her 24yo little sister who is a clone of older sister and it's the same scenerio. I've gone out to the bars with her the last 3weeks which i fvckin hate doing but whatever how you supposed to meet people. She is a typical chick drifting through her 20's, still in school part time, bartending, if not at school or "work" she's sittin at home not doin sh!t. I work out on weeknights at 830pm till 10pm so i think it would be a good timeframe to bring her with but this could blow up in my face too...

Usually if the girl had the discipline to get into shape, she would. Those that transfer that task to their boyfriend are weak-minded and will quickly become discouraged and stay fat. Thats my opinion AND my experience. Im not gonna try to change a girl, if she cant take care of herself, trade that bitch in for one that will.

waste of time trying to change someone, if they wont do it for themselfs you ant got a chance of changing her....lasses make me feel sick, all lasses i meet just like to sleep eat n drink, and think its great, and ud at least think they would put some effort into the bedroom but they dont even do that!! ..without realising, by the time there 25 there just going to be big fat wastes of space.

If i didnt know what they looked like back in the day i wouldnt think twice about her but...I'm no female anatomy expert and I know its superficial but i just wonder where the turning point in some girls clocks is at where they start to quit takin care of themselves. I always end up in these conversations because i'm the only one in my family/friends who workout and i get called a d!ck for it. Both her and her sister had rockin bodies until about 21. It doesnt even seem like it's genetic fat, its just "not takin care of yourself" fat. Oh well
I dated this other chick back when i was 21; great body, awsome screaming sex. I wasnt ready for a serious relationship and broke it off cuz i lost a 4yr gf to cancer 6months prior but anyway i bumped into this chick 2 weeks ago and i was absolutely disgusted. She looked like hell, smokin malboro reds, the whole package. Ironically, dangerous dan, a big fat waste of space.

If you can only follow two pieces of advice in your entire life let it be these:
1. Never bring a woman to the gym unless she is capable of spotting you.
2. Never take a woman onto the golf course.... not even if she's a scratch golfer..... not even as part of a business deal.... not even if the President invited you to play Pebble Beach and Heidi Klum and Helen of Troy are in the foursome. Just graciously decline the invite.

Yea i probably should rephrase it and say i would never bring a woman "with" me and basically be her personal trainer, no way. I was thinking more along the lines of both of us driving there together and leaving together but not interacting with eachother while there. She hasn't gained much weight yet but i can see it starting. I'm still very attracted to her but i keep picturing turning out like her sister. I cant help but apply my "fix it up" mentality toward her. I just bought a duplex that i'm turning back into a single house, restored my car, bought an old peterbilt semi (yup im a truckdriver) that i restored, why cant someone have a fixer-upper female? dam thats shallow oh well

In my experience, women have motivational problems when it comes to doing physical work. If they don't see astonishing results after 2 weeks of working out, they start crying and whatever and want to quit. It's hell trying to get them going again, and more often than not they just get frustrated and quit. Chicks for some reason cannot understand the years of effort it takes in the gym to get even close to what you want.
Not impossible, but not an endeavour I'd want to take part in again.
Good luck!
