It's fairly simple to do, just takes time getting all the info.

I would do it, but I have some hefty time restrictions as of late, wont have any free time until Teusday when I finish work.

I'll try and whip up a basic one using Excel, maybe tomorow, time-depending.

Just a basic outlaying of the steriod 's information, nothing fancy for the time being.
