meatloaf isnt that bad, could be a lot worse than that. Just get back on the cardio and tighten up the diet. Even when cutting and on low carb diets I occasionally down a large pizza. Keeps the body working right to have re-load on calories.
Once a week wont kill you, that's how i feel when i eat mine, but junk food tastes so good.
I know it wasn't really that bad, but after weeks of such good eating habits it feels like I swallowed a brick.

I ate a hersheys chocolate bare inbetween two rice krispy treats today after breakfast. This was right before 9.5 hours of sprints lol.

I love carbing out on the weekend. Ever have the chocolate volcano cake from chili's? Its evil. Big mound of soft chocolate cake with hot chocolate goo in the center. You can get other flavors too. If even comes with your choice of ice cream thrown on top. Sounds better than chicken right?
I feel like you should try popping your creation in the microwave for 10 seconds or something stack_it hahah
You can have your chocolate. I don't think it gets any better than bar food. Cheesesteaks, pizza, fries, and of course some beer!
