    Totally lost control of my appetite

    Been doing real good with my diet and cardio working my body fat back down before I start my next cycle, till now..... I just ate an entire meat loaf smothered in ketchup. I am so ashamed....

    meatloaf isnt that bad, could be a lot worse than that. Just get back on the cardio and tighten up the diet. Even when cutting and on low carb diets I occasionally down a large pizza. Keeps the body working right to have re-load on calories.

    Once a week wont kill you, that's how i feel when i eat mine, but junk food tastes so good.

    I know it wasn't really that bad, but after weeks of such good eating habits it feels like I swallowed a brick.

    I even had the better after pictures then this HD crashed so nothing now.....

    I ate a hersheys chocolate bare inbetween two rice krispy treats today after breakfast. This was right before 9.5 hours of sprints lol.

    I'm not a sweets guy (my vice is salty stuff - like nachos or something). But god damn that sounds good. haha

    As long as you have been eating a scheduled diet through out the week (at least 5 times daily), and you have earned an elevated metabolism - you will (most likely) not experience any unwanted effects from a meal like this.

    I love carbing out on the weekend. Ever have the chocolate volcano cake from chili's? Its evil. Big mound of soft chocolate cake with hot chocolate goo in the center. You can get other flavors too. If even comes with your choice of ice cream thrown on top. Sounds better than chicken right?

    LOL I'm not a big sweets person either but I had very little to choose from when I came up with that. It may be my new favorite cheat tho lol

    You can have your chocolate. I don't think it gets any better than bar food. Cheesesteaks, pizza, fries, and of course some beer!

    Not a big chocolate fan, but defenitly sounds better than chicken! My biggest weakness is beef in general. A big burger or 2 lb. steak will do me in ANY time.
