Bodybuilding Books
Anyone suggest any good books related to training or dieting that are worth reading? Seems to be there are tons out there that are not too good.

My husband has a book entitled "Power Training (Build Bigger, Stronger Muscles Through Performance-Based Conditioning)" by Robert dos Remedios. He seems to like it...it touches on diet somewhat as well as training.

One of my favorites is Strength Training Anatomy. It is very informative on all the individual muscles that are being worked with different exercise. They actually just releases a 3rd edition that I have yet to look at. It's not much reading, just diagrams.

Thanks for the input, both books look like good reads. I like that the Strength Training Anatomy book gives you an X-Ray on what the exercises look like when performed.
