Is the main site relevent?

I've heard quite a few guy's say not to read into what the main site say's on steroids , cyces, half life times etc.
What are peoples general thoughts on this?
Just wanna no what i'm learning about is actually the correct stuff?

I think alot of the information is out dated now regarding cycles and such,but there is still alot of good information there.

whenever I need info, I turn to Siggy, i mean they dont call him Sigman roid for nothing...

the man is basically a anabolic genious....

Please, if anyone ever needs anything, send him a PM or post ur questions on his visitors wall....

I agree 100%! Dr. Roid is a wealth of knowledge on all things pertaining to noob's cycles such as Dbol only, Deca only, and prohormone stacks.
And he's this site largest member with a well rounded background in the use of EQ.

I've seen sig's advice to the new guys..... very very informative. I'll make sure to let everyone know he's accepting PM's in regards to single compound only cycles, and EQ cycles.... as that seems to be his specialty.....

The Info Siggy gave me on Dbol only cycle made my day. I was just with my wife now I am so Horny cause of dbol only i hump 4 chicks in one day one wont do it for me any more. After that finish I am going to drink winny and then sust cycle cause i am thinking on joining fight club and according to info siggy gave me Sust makes u a great fighter

I dont have an answer for him, which is why I asked the first 2 repliers to follow up with their advice. If the main page is outdated what is a good updated source via the internet? Since you are ARs liaison for the new guys how about you give them a helping hand

If anyone needs my advice they know all they have to is pm me.

Just want to add although alot of the info on the main site regarding cycles is outdated now there is still a wealth of knowledge in the stickies and within the Q and A and a simple search can often find the answers your looking for.

In all seriousness, most guy's on the forum are pretty cool about things when you ask, but sometimes it's just nice to be able to get into some reading without having to wait for answers that sometimes dont even come or worse have wrong information in them.
I'm still learning who the main players are on this forum but it's not a prob, I'll use the search and as I have already been doing read some of the stickys.

read up on the steroid profile and then here what i did after reading

diet = phate/ nark
cycle= dukkit, siggy
sex = I dont need advise but i can give plenty.
PCT = i dont need it but dukkit/siggy/big

all joking aside siggy is pretty good with the roids read up alot put ur diet in the diet section I just pmed to phate that guy is fvcking perfect. Dukkit and siggy are pretty good with roids .....so there.....

forgot to mention Kratos . This guy is actually responsible that I am on TRT and much better in terms of feeling . I think i never thanked him for that. He is the one who suggested to go see an endocrinologist cause I may be low on testosterone even though I am not showing symptoms of low sex drive. Turn out he was dead on. So thank you Kratos.......

Hope they don't mind a few questions I'm trying to read as much of the stickys as poss before asking to many dumb q's. It's just you read one thing then someone else says the opposite. Like a begginers cycle should be 8 weeks then another says 10 or 12!
