After lifting cooldown
I am always so shaky after lifting for a good 3-4 hours. Does anyone have any tips to get this crap gone?

I could be wrong...but I think lifting for 3-4 hours would be overtraining?

I would say it might be lack carbs that make you feel that way. I would double my PWO carbs and add some complex carbs to the mix.

I agree with Matt ^^^ Not enough carbs will do that. Do you do cardio after you lift?
