Been flicking about researching about natural potential and came across this.

Do you feel this is about right or does it not take enough information in to account, jus trying to work out what mine could be. Gains have started to slow down for me but has been fun piling it on, now i see the annoying routine of eating till i nearly puke but not seeing the lovely gains.

I started at 10 stone tho and made it all the way up to 13. Got a small amount of fat to lose, feel lucky tho as i realise how many indescretions i can get away with.

Anyway the point am trying to make is according to that am about 20lbs away from natural potential but am small boned as well so may be less.

Why does nature create natural potential for muscle but not fat, what a B**ch.
