    Anybody watch Spartacus on Starz

    I've been watching Spartacus lately on the Starz channel. I like it. It has some sex and debauchery, fighting with blood and guts flying around. Exactly what Im looking for in a show.

    I just saw one episode..... where the blonde dude rails that chick when the girls are watching, and where the trainer guy pissed on the ground and made Sparticus lay in it.

    Those girls are dirty sluts. I love it. I should have been born during that era....

    I'm about 9 episodes in. It starts getting pretty sick halfway through, when most of the episodes are in the arena.

    Well other than speaking english it was pretty accurate as too Roman times back then. The Romans were nasty people. I posted about this show in the net flix thread. There will be a season 2 but it has been delayed because Andy Whitfield (Spartacus) was just diagnosed with early-stage non-Hodgkin lymphoma! At first I thought the show was kinda lame but was hooked after watching a couple episodes and getting over the cheap blood effects.

    yeah i watched the whole season,the 1st episode or 2 i was not sure about but got into it after that,looking forward to the 2nd season but like mentioned above it has been put on hold due to lead actor being dx with lymphoma.

    Its a great show. One of the options they are looking forward to is making a prequel to the first sweason, which will consist of 6 episodes. They are doing this to preserve momentum, while the main actor (Whitfield) is being treated.

    And yes, many of the dudes on the show most certainly juice up. Crixus definately does as did Varro (the blonde dude who Sparty was forced to kill) Doctore (the black dude)also shoots up. Many of the extra's also juice, as is obvious from their physique.

    Regarding Spartacus/Whitfield himself, I am pretty sure he juiced for the show too.

    Us Brits have only just watched this programme on sky, I'm three of six episodes into this and it's freaking awesome programme. Iv been watching it with the gf, although at first she thought it was a ploy to make her watch low budget porn lol.

    Was there ever a second season made ?
