    jez what happened?

    took a few weeks off the forum and have returned to find that Q&A is a fookin play pit full of kids. theres some crazy half assed 'advice' on there and now apparently under 25's are being advised on what to take and do?!

    What really messes up the newb 1st time posts are other newbs answering with stupid ass advice. There should be a probationary period before newbs can begin dispensing with advice. Or a BS meter.

    Agreed it's a mess. The last month I have gotten into it with a few. Ive gotten 3 banned so far. hehehehe

    Yes it's quite frustrating and like normal most dont want to hear anything except what the best cycle would be for someone who has been training for years, has a perfect diet and great genetics to get the most gains....

    PCT what is that?
    Deca alone is a GREAT cycle or better yet with Tren, Dbol and anvar, 1st cycle of course and whinny for cutting.

    I used to always go to the q&a but after Big left and T-Mos passed the section has gone to complete shat. It's a complete waste of time.

    I watched a 17 year old get advice on cycling today.

    The Q&A is being over run by parrots and newbs. I dont know what is going on. Even alot of the mods and vets are staying away from that section now....... its really a shame

    It truely is.. I learned almost everything i know from Big spending time with me whenever i had a question and really caring about my situation. Back in the day you would have complete &%$#'s answer questions but big and t-mos would regulate immediately. I'm thinking about trying to spend a couple hours in there a day but it'll be a waste of time unless we have multiple people dedicate a few hours a day to clean it up.

    A few years ago when I was under 25 on another account that I forgot the user name. T-Mos talked me out of doing a cycle. I was a complete fuk head and talked back, asked for someone else's advice etc. He never gave up though, somehow he got my attention and I listened to him in the end. 3 years later i came back and was ready to go.

    I know it's frustrating guys, but keep up the good fight. If we point one guy out of 20 in the right direction it's worth it. I've been busy sorting some family business, but will be back full time when it's possible.

    i need to know something.....iam running sustanon 270 just stared andthis is my frist cycle ever andon the days i shoot i wake up in the middle of the night frezzing my ass off shakeing and sht....when i fall back to sleep and wake up in the morr...iam coverd in sweat is this what happens when u run this sht please let me know thank u

    Im not exactly a newb, hadnt been on in a while and recently got my diet in full check and training good!! the only advice i feel i have the right to give is the advice i have been given and found good!!

    Not sucking ass but thanks guys for ye're help and ye are right, there should be a sticky that states please dont post advice unless you have so many post etc
