    Joints Cracking

    Wasn't sure if this should go in the workout forum, injuries/rehab or what, so I figured I'd be safe here. More succeptable to smart a*s comments, but safe.. Lol.. Afterall, what would this forum be without smart a*s comments?

    Anyway, my joints are cracking real bad lately and it seems as though everything cracks.. knees, elbows, neck, wrists, back... I'm telling you everything.. my jaw is even cracking. I've begun taking fish oil to see if it help but no luck yet - any additional suggestions?

    I take osteo bi-flex with joint shield also has 5-loxin, msm advanced, and hyaluronic acid. U can get 240 tabs for like 35 bucks or so in a value pack. Take 4 a day with about 9g of fish oil w meals split. It seems to help me out. Exept now I have a pinced nerve in my shoulder danget!
