What do You wear at the gym?
Just a quick survey to see what people wear to the gym, whether it be at home or a public gym, for example, I train at home, mostly i work out without a shirt on, and shorts, on leg day I'll wear compression gear on my legs, and sometimes i train in a singlet/tanktop or shirt.

I wear compression Under amour gear
EVERYONE SHOULD DO IT
Reasons why
1) It doesn't smell because its made to not allow bacteria that causes order
2) filters out excess heat
3) provides better flexibility and bloodflow (ie shirt isn't getting in the way)
4) feels like your wearing nothing
I use to wear shirts and I always sweated through them and got "pit stains" over time since wearing underamour never go back, seems so logical its made for workouts and the material itself won't make you sweat like a shirt will.

Yup i love my compression gear Immortal, wear it every leg day, i have 2XU gear, its suppsot to be the best in the world, i got to say its good quality, but i dont notice much difference between the lot. I wear it during training and for about 4-5 hours afterwards to keep blood flowing.
I tore my last compression top, and plus after every cycle i have to buy a larger size, so i just go shirtless now, unless im BJJing then i wear one.

Reasons why I dont:
1) It is too tight
2) I feel gay working out in it
3) My dick is tightened up half way down my thigh and I don;t need DSM's at my gym winking at me when Im trying to bench 300lbs
4) All the shitty personal trainers wear it at my gym and I hate them
I work out in a sweater and sweat pants

The only reason ppl think we are gay is cause we go and help every one out apparently we are polite and friendly. And Also I wasnt be judgmental what u do in ur bedroom is ur business dont expect me to like it. I didnt know deca only cycle will turn u into gay...wait its logical u cant get it up so u bend over
but u ruin my breakfast I will never forgive for this.....

I wear shorts or sweats and usually a guinea tee - If I don't workout at home and I goto a gym - I sometimes throw on a 2XL sleeveless shirt.
I sweat so damn bad..... I can't have on a ton of clothing. It'd all be soaking wet by the time I was done working out.....
And you people that wear long sleeve shirts or sweatshirts are just fvckin crazy..... I couldn't even concentrate on my workout I'd be so damn hot.....

LOL yes it does..... the more clothes you wear..... the hotter you get...... the hotter you get..... the more you sweat..... the more you sweat..... the wetter your clothes get.
I workout in a dungeon with 2 fans and one window...... Sweats and a tee are a HUGE help to keep me cool.....
