A source in the U.S. want me to pay him through either Western Union or Money gram. Except I have no idea what types of payment option these are. is it like paypal?

you goto a place that does moneygram or wester union. You can find locations online. you go there fill out a form for sending money. Give it to the person pay them for what you are sending plus a fee . You get a number give that info to your source.
