Its been years since I joined and havent been active at all over the last few years. I still read up and stay up to date, but dont even log in.
With the kids being 4 and 2, I've decided to get back into the game and wanted to jump back on here and say whats up.
Been doing a ton of cardio and endurance running over the last few years without heavy lifting, just enough to maintain the running physique, and just today convinced the other half to let me do a cutting cycle. I'll post more on what I have on hand, and see where we can go from there!
Glad to be here, again! I'll do a cycle log and all that! Just wanted to give a shoutout!
