Is it just me, or do you just not feel like working out during PCT
Luckily im able to get it up for sex,.. but im not as into it as normally.. I feel like im in a haze and I would rather goto KFC and get a bucket of chicken instead of hitting the weights

Just recognize the weakness for what it is.. and overcome it. Its important during pct not to get stuck in that hole. It can be very tough to get out of once you fall in.

Hey a sushi buffet isn't the worst thing in the world. You could be going to a pizza buffet instead, right? I don't disagree with tballz, as long as you're taking a metabolic enhancer in moderation, and as long as its in line with your goals. Also, maybe some energy supplements could be of some value for you, creatine, L-glutamine and other items that would aid in the muscle building/repairing process work well for me during pct and off cycle. Come on man.. don't give up what you've worked so hard for.. (in my best motivational voice)...haha..

nope not just you, the nolvadex i took made me a depressed bitch, so it definitely made me not feel like working out at times.

Makes you want to weigh the pros and cons of trt. Say bye bye pct, forever. I do like the mental challenge of pct in retrospect once I get thru it. It is a real test of your personal discipline and commitment. Once you make it through you can feel pretty good about yourself for perservering. Hang in there bud.

I did not get any sides untill pct then I got a bacne flare up and I feel a bit emotional from time to time. I got some clen and felt it helped keep me going in the gym. PCT BLOWS

i agree with the lack of motivation during pct....what i do is lighten up the weight and at least get the work in so i dont loose muscle....it takes me like 6 weeks total to feel motivated and like myself again....

PCT can be a wonderful hellride and a test of one's ability and dedication to training.
And I'm with brother Getto on the 5-6 week period before shit gets straight.

Like it is now, not even during PCT I don't even feel like working out, I am so tired from my job, but you just push through it anyway
