Just thoguht I'd share this with you guys. I'm currently on a natural cut and have been for a while, I got my diet and workout tweaked then set about my goal of being single digit bf%
So far so good I hav lower bf and them abs are becoming ripped but I still have a long way to go. But whilst doing this I have made goooood strength gains and I look in the best shape of my life!
When I started this cut around 2 months ago I was lifting 40kg/88lb DB on incline bench press now I'm at 50kg/110lb !! So anyone that says you can't gain on a natural cut or any any type of cut forthat matter you are so wrong.
Also I'd like this to be an eyeopener for those guys that think rushing straight into cycling is the answer for gains. Take it serious when the guys in here say get your diet in check food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your body.
