I love this site
Now I've been a member here for a while now. I find that I do soooo much more reading than I do posting. There's just always a topic of interest and people speaking from experience to give good honest advice. This advice isn't always the best but it seems to be given with the best intentions and from that responders own knowledge that he/she is willing to share for the betterment of this community.
I'm also a member of some other sites, I'm not sure if I can mention their name or not but I'm sure many of you know about EF and their forums. They just don't compare. I mean over there I feel like its all just one big scam to advertise for the board sponsors and what not. Here I feel like training and overall fitness is the main purpose. Don't get me wrong I understand the need for sponsorship and advertising, Someones gotta pay the bills, the forum just doesn't need to be saturated with these distractors.
I guess i just wanted to express a thank you of sorts to this site, its members and its administration for giving me an inlet to an abundance of information that is other wise hard to come by and an outlet to express myself when I'm frustrated or looking for answers. I couldn't find another place to post this so I figured here would be best.

Haha.. I used to be over at EF waaaaayyy back in the day and switched to AR in 05 I guess.. damn I haven't been to EF in like 7-8 years probably but I still get emails from them..
