id say max 5-10 years

Go murder someone, rob a bank, molest some kids and you might get 10 years.

Make/sell meth/crack and you will get probation for the first 5 or 6 times probably.

You can get 10+ Dui and get off with warnings.

Make/sell steroids for a profit and you get life in jail.

Go figure.
