Am I the only person who laughs at Mens Health covers
Sure once in a blue moon they will have a real badass on the cover like Thomas Jane but for the most part its like what moron unleashed the p****y brigade. Most of these d bags id rather be dead than resemble body wise.
f I meant to put this in the lounge please move or delete

I saw an issue at work with Paul walker on the cover. He was obviously tilting his wrists in hardcore to try and look vascular, and the article title below his pictures was in regards to biceps training. I giggled.
Attention Paul, you are a little bitch. I'm sure many girls want to sleep with you, but most guys I know have bigger forearms than your "guns".

Well, the guys on Men's Health are in better shape than the average American male. That is why there is also a FLEX, IRON, and Muscular Development magazines... to relate to bodybuilders. Men's Health magazines are filled with generic, doctor-prescribed nutrition and exercise programs for the unhealthy trying to get healthy.
All of this is just my opinion

i agree with BK,
mens health applies to the average person who just wants to look good with their shirt off at the park, not be a 260lb bodybuilder.

90 percent of women prefer a lean built guy over a stocky bowed up guy. It's fact. Every chick I know says the guys who look like they are bout to blow up is gross. Guess it don't look natural? Idk.

OMG WHAT THE FVCK MENS HEALTH DOESN'T HAVE RONNIE COLEMAN ON THE COVER DOING LIEK 400LBS FOR BICEPS!?!?!
PATHETIC!!!!
Heres my counter reaction to your reaction:
Guys, its men's fvcking health magazine, taking people from hollywood and elsewhere and showing the average male couch potato how they get FIT not how to look like a GORILLA. Because lets be realistic no one reads Flex thinking they are going to look like that one day they only read to WISH they looked liek that one day, while people read Mens to try to achieve something PRODUCTIVE. You put a gigantic gorrilla on the cover and the average consumer in the grocery store is going to walk right by it because he knows he will never be like that, its a simple business model. Men's health sells to the general public, Flex is for wanna be bodybuilders who will never be there (lets be realistic you are never going to be 260lbs ripped unless you got elite genetics not just steroids on your side)
Honestly, you think FLEX, MD, etc. are better?
They show you guys at their peak with photo enhancements, and there workouts are even more of a joke "3 sets of biceps for 3 exercises" I mean damn I cannot tell you how many people I see in the gym with one of these damn magazines open reading what to do.
I wanna pull him aside and say "look Pal you are never going to look like that and unless you have 20,00-30,000 grand to blow a month on steroids, IGF, peptitdes, medications and doctor visits I suggest you lay down the magazine and do what we all did, basic fundmental exercises and branch off from there"Last edited by Immortal Soldier; 05-22-2010 at 02:31 AM.

the men generally on mens health look pretty damn in shape.. just because its not BB doesn't mean its terrible..
like people have said.. 90% of men would do better doing work outs out of mens health instead of bodybuilding mags..
post your own pics if you think you look so much better then the ripped guys in their 40s they usually have.

Yeah because a 7'0 athlethe weighing 265 is scrawny, have you ever seen this guy in real life? He is nicknamed "Superman" for a reason, he is huge in person. Plus he is an NBA player not a bodybuilder, they are finesse atheletes. Not everyone in the world considers huge 5'8 260 pounds.
Jack Cutler standing next to Dwight howard would have him look like a hoompa loompa
