need advice from you guys about which specialist to see
I tore my shoulder up working for UPS about 6 months ago (rotator cuff, infraspinatus). I have since been to a physical therapist, an general practitioner, and a chiropractor. It got better for a while but its coming back worse than before.
There are specialists with these credentials in network:
1.Physical therapist
2. Sports medicine, surgery orthopedics
3. Chiropractor
Should I go to 1, 2, or 3?

Go see #2 so he can write you a prescription to go see #1 or #3 as long as #3 is also a massage therapist/specialist.
Making sure the shoulder is properly alligned with the back helps a lot. My chiropractor doesn't just snap/crack me. He massages the sh*t out of my shoulder when I go see him DEEP and he has massage therapist working for him so after the adjustment I go get a 1 hr massage that is all covered by the insurance since the orthopedic specialist said I need it.
Stretching helps keep me from seeing them. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dNilld58tks&feature=fvw
