I don't know how you guys do it!

I don't know how you guys gain so much muscle and stay ripped!

I used to be ripped, about 2 years ago, when I did Thai boxing. My abs were well-defined, my tricep was clearly visible regardless of whether I flexed or not. I wasn't big at all, but I was ripped.

Then I started lifting weights, I started eating more, and I went on the juice.

I'm a lot stronger now and I've a lot more muscle...... but I'm nowhere near as ripped as I used to be before I started weightlifting.

Everyone says that if you wanna gain muscle, then EAT EAT EAT.

Well that's fine and all... but eating shit loads of food every day makes my bodyfat percentage increase. My 6-pack has been reduced to a 2-pack (you can just barely see the top two blocks).

So I did two steroid cycles, I put on a fair bit of muscle, but I also lost all my rippedness.

So then I decided to myself... I wanna get ripped again. I started doing heavy cardio and I started eating less. And guess where that got me: I lost muscle but the fat seemed to stay.

Really guys, how do you do it, how do you get big and ripped? I'm finding it difficult. Should I be looking into Trenbolone ?

Its because like me you are too lazy to count calories. Seems to be pretty common. I have read some real success stories on the net with pictures and everything of guys who are very veined up after putting on a lot of muscle. The guy who most stands out in my mind I remember him saying "I wanted to eat more.. so I threw more cardio into my plan". He basically figured out his maintenance diet number, then went way above that and threw in a bunch of cardio so he could eat a lot. I just started counting calories seriously instead of guesstimating and hope I can replicate what he did. I think its all how bad you want it. I like lifting, I don't like eating all the freakin time and I don't like cardio. I need to get over it.

you need to find the balance that is right for you. You probably should have picked 1 cut calories or up cardio.

Probably a few years of working w the tdee. Everyone is different and has different goals. I count 3-4 meals a day the others I over eat or keep it structured depend how I feel every day is different for me. I'm tryn to get a new job so I can be more efficient and happy.
