You guys are going to call me crazy, but I'm sitting here thinking back about something I did 2 yrs ago. I had gone away on a business trip/vacation(not supposed to be vacation but I turned it into one) And anyways, I drank my ass off 5 nights in a row. I ate whatever I felt like at whatever times I wanted to. The more shit I ate, the more booze I drank. I took that 5 days off from the gym too. I came home and surprisingly I looked better than b4 I left!! I'm not kidding here, I noticably looked leaner, little flat but leaner. I jumped straight into a low sodium/ low fat diet and went from there. If you never do this sort of thing it may work, it did for me. So I'm at the beach right now, pounded 10 Corona Lights last night, and going to do it again the next 3 nights in a row. When I get back in the gym next wk I'll be hitting shit hard as hell, dieting will seem easier too since I've had my drinking/shit eating binge. Sometimes when we do these 14-20 wk long diets we ****ing need this shit!!! But seriosuly, I think it works
