    need to boost intensity

    two weeks into my pct and i feel like im not being hitting weights as hard as i can. its like i get to the gym and start working, lets say back becuase i did that yesterday. i do 8-12 rep ranges most of the time but my muscles just feel like they are not being activated even for heavier lifts.. i think i need a training partner to push myself beyond failure? u guys have training partners? idk im just bitching i guess

    Get a training partner... im struggling at the mo for motivation as well as intensity. Hitting them extra few sets goes a long way. IMO

    i dont know much about the pct thing but if you had a partner you would probably enjoy it alot more.

    I like the idea of a training partner. The trouble is I've never found anybody reliable. I think I would be much bigger if I had a consistant partner.

    Training partners are the way to go.. Ive got two buddys i train with.. seems to be the perfect number for training hard and fast.. what part of Tx you in

    ya, i agreee with a traineing partners...ive got 2 guys i lift with....u can be way more intense

    Without my training partner I'd do legs about once a month But seriously it has been pretty cool being able to share the achievements of reaching goals

    i live in houston, ya i just need to suck it up and hit the weights harder. none of my friends really lift that much so if i train with them its like im coaching the entire time
