I am not in the service, but I am living on a base ATM.

I would say don't risk it. The post I have received while been on base has been held for a few day before been pased on to me, this could be nothing, or it could be that they check the post thoroughly. I would think that an American base overseas would be checking everything....Just my 2 cents.

Find a local address, or is there housing off base for US personal that you could have it sent to through the local post.

You need to get your shit straight.

For one, you will not get a dishonorable discharge. You will get a "General Under Honorable Conditions", which can be changed to an "Honorable Discharge" later on down the road.

For two, the military does not test for steroids unless you give probable cause.

You will NOT go to prison, unless you are selling the steroids, or have suspicion on intent to sell (several vials looking like a dealer).

You can still get a job.
