    made my comment, dont think he'll be back... that is until Mr. Woody doesnt work anymore and he needs help on how to fix that even though he already has all the info in his incredible library of knowledge

    I think it's more painful for us who actually try to help these kids and they already know everything.

    Sometimes you just want to say OK yes that's great and wait for them to come back later asking what is wrong like many do...
