Depending on what you are trying to do there might be other options for you...

Dreamweaver is a good program, you can usually download a copy on limewire pro and find a tutorial on there too.

First go to godaddy.com and buy a domain name, then get web easy 8 software and build off a template the have already made just insert your info, then go back to godaddy and get web hosting for like $9 a month, g2g
