After having a discussion with another fellow member, I became curious as to what our overall workout goals are. So if you would humor me and select which best describes your goals?
Much appreciated...

I chose general overall. Im basically striving for the athletic muscular look. At 5'11" if I could get to 200-210 with 10% bf I would be very happy.
You and I are thinking more or less the same thing. I'm not looking for anything extreme. Just like to be real healthy, look good in a tight shirt... you know.... catch the ladies eye from time to time. I'm too old for anything except general overall (I'm 48). But I bet I can whoop ass on most those 25 somethings out there...! =)
I think about this a lot lately especially since ive decided to cut (which part of me sees as weakness since i'll probably lose at least some strength/muscle in the process). The truth is im incredibly vain, look at myself in the mirror several times a day, can recall most compliments on my body ive gotten, want to look good for myself and the ladies.
Sometimes I wish I was a rugby player or whatever to where being massive would be a huge help and i'd be out there at practice and in games burning a thousand calories a shot working my ass off. Really instead though I have a pretty laid back lifestyle and being massive wouldn't help me in an athletic endeavor or socially that much. I still admire the huge guys when I see them though don't get me wrong but for my purposes I'd rather try to go for the Brad Pitt from fight club physique. I'll probably get flamed for putting it out there like that but i believe in being honest with oneself.
General overall for me
I was going for as big as i can get but i have to admit i got some size but it started to inhibit my other love,,surfing, so now i want to keep a good shape and size while not becoming a problem with other things,,, happy around 220-230
I'm a strength athlete so my goals are for extreme strength. I want to squat 900, bench 650, pull (dead) 900, and make it to the World's Strongest Man comp by the time I'm 40. Size isn't an issue (naturally, I walk around at 275-285lbs). Strength and agility (for strongman comps) is essential.
General overall for me......i love training in all forms!! and i love feeling fit, id like to look better BUT im not super dedicated to diet.......
General for me as well. As long as Im healthy thats the main thing. I may go for a more muscular appearance in the future. Now that Im done fighting and I dont need to make weight, maybe I'll just become a freak.
Gen. Overall for this guy
Not sure I understand the dif between Body Building - General Non Show and General Overall - Cardio, Strength, Diet, Size, Appearance but I voted on the latter since that seems to be the consensus..
Bodybuilding non show. I want the size, proportions, etc of a bodybuilder, but for me, not to try and be better than anyone else or win anything.
I wish I was that couch
The order in which it is placed shows an order of magnitude. Body building non show would generally be the population from which those that go to the show come from. They don't generally need to be the best, but are still in an elite group, none the less.
Just the way I put the list together.
I haven't decided yet
You can be a rugby player...join us!ometimes I wish I was a rugby player or whatever to where being massive would be a huge help and i'd be out there at practice and in games burning a thousand calories a shot working my ass off. As far as looking like Brad Pitt...all you have to do is not eat.

Sylvester Stallone at 60 is looking pretty rugged.
I changed my mind... my reason is not listed... Im really insecure so I do what I do so I dont get bat up by girls on the playground anymore.
