Shredz' joke of the day Continued!!

[Shredz]

A Newfie is having a few beers when a short, well dressed, and
obviously gay man walks in and sits beside him.

After three or four beers, the gay fellow finally plucks up the
courage to say something to the big Newfoundlander.

Leaning over towards him, he whispers: "Do you want a blow job?"

At this, the massive Newfie leaps up with fire in his eyes and smacks
him in the face, knocking him swiftly off his stool.

He proceeds to beat him all the way out of the bar before leaving him
bruised and battered in the parking lot.

He then returns to his seat and orders another beer.

Amazed, the bartender quickly brings over another beer to the big
Newfoundlander.

"Lord tunderin' Jesus, I've never seen you react like dat before," he
says. "Just what did he say to you?"

"I don't exactly know," the big Newfie replied.

"Something about a job."

Must be a canadian thing cuz i don't get it either. I can think of a way to make that joke funny and adopt it to america, but if i did that i'd probably be called a racist and a nazi and all that stuff so i won't, but i'm sure u know what i'm talkin about.

Actually Newfoundlanders are some of the hardest working folks I know... but they live in a province where the main industry is sea fishing, and as we all know thats seasonal and in the off season there isn't all that much work available. During the high season though it's not uncommon to see people put in 20 hour days at sea.

Newfoundlanders "Newfies" just happen to be the butt of most jokes in Canada.
