Foam Roller

i screwed my back up in a car accident. I used a foam roller it helped more then anything.

I bought a pool noodle (found a hard done) cut it in half gave 1 to the mrs cost me $5..

when my mid back was bothering me a lot I spent a lot of time using it. Seemed to help. My hamstrings are so tight its not even funny - I can't even touch my toes. Takes quite a few warm up sets for squats to get parallel, and I need to start using it on them, with a lot more stretching.

I swear by the full round one and have used it for years. I did move on to the molded ones instead of the celled rollers you picture. (Bottom line: they inflict more pain and last longer)

i use it on my IT, glutes, and hips a ton. I like to use a 4" dia. pvc pipe instead though. it firmer and doesn't give as much as a foam roller...god that sounded gay; dsm is gonna have a field day.
