    2.5 weeks out !

    Man do i feel like crap. Been working 13-14 hr days every day at work and its killing gym time. By the time i get out of work its 9-930 and the gym closes at 10:00. I guess i can stick to some home workouts with DB's and such but its not the same. Its nice when i get my check but as far as how i feel, blahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    When im coming back from a break i find its best to work one of the muscles I enjoy most. In my case biceps. Probably what im gonna work later today. Back and traps too if I can muster it.

    You can accomplish alot with db's. Thats pretty much all I use for upperbody.

    Is this just a temporary thing on your schedule, or are you going to be stuck working these hours for a long time? Hope it isn't messing with the diet too much either.

    yah, I took 2 weeks off with that f'ed up bicep... didnt know what to do with myself every day.... just worked legs and cardio or I would have gone crazy

    Diet is getting screwed up a bit because its hard to find time to go food shopping /make meals at 9:30 at night. I am quiting my greedy company soon so i am raking in the extra money while its here. As soon as OT dries up i am out.

    i got sick a little while ago, and had 0 energy. was outta the gym for over a week

    and i felt like a useless piece of crap, and my self body image was weird....

    hard to explane.

    dont worry dsm, just get your head back in the game and get at it!
