Whats your problem food?
Whats that one food that you find hard to give up? that you find yourself still having it in the fridge and still end up having it or picking at it?
Think mine would be a Salami, its just too easy to cut it up and eat quick!! Also cans of coke are a major hard thing to give up!!

Pizza. So hard to pass up a slice if its around. Probably my favorite food right next to a good cheeseburger. I cant wait until I dont care what I look or feel like anymore. Its gonna be pizza everyday! lol

When I have a woman... definately pu$$y... i eat it before bedtime and then try and get some in when I wake.
but when Im single... I would have to say theatre nachos... I know they're disgusting, but they've helped me through some shitty movies.

same boat here.. I was a coke addict and dropping that was how I finally made it into the single digit bodyfat... coke zero was my solution
I would also have to agree with chocolate, but its funny, sometimes I crave the super expensive shit and other times its like a big turk bar.

clementine oranges... I know they aren't that bad for you, but when you're like me and eat 6 at a time every time you see them in the fridge ten you might have a problem with excess sugars.

07-18-2010, 07:47 PM #13If everyone ate no more than 70g of processed meat – the equivalent of three rashers of bacon – a week, about 3,700 fewer people a year in Britain would be diagnosed with bowel cancer, according to the WCRF.Salami is processed meat at its worst. You really don’t know what combination of meats you’re getting when you bite into a slice of salami. It could be anything from lamb parts to venison – plus, it’s processed. Studies show that people who eat processed meats have a higher risk of certain types of cancer
– particularly colon and prostate cancer. Nitrites and nitrates are usually added as preservatives to processed meats, and these compounds produce cancer causing chemicals when they react with contents in the stomach. Eating salami isn’t the best choice if you’re concerned about your cancer risk.
Read more: http://healthmad.com/conditions-and-...#ixzz0u5YTbqYpSodium nitrite is a dangerous, cancer-causing ingredient that has no place in the human food supply," he explains. The USDA actually tried to ban sodium nitrite in the 1970's, but was preempted by the meat processing industry, which relies on the ingredient as a color fixer to make foods look more visually appealing. "The meat industry uses sodium nitrite to sell more meat products at the expense of public health," says Adams. "And this new research clearly demonstrates the link between the consumption of processed meats and cancer."

No big vice for me although I have a few cheat meals a week. Usually cheeseburgers or something that still has meat. I don't have to worry much about fat. I always have a five pack and could give up all the junk anytime I need to if I want the six pack.
