Im happy to do 200 and be in the shape Im in.
Personally I dont like the big ROUND look. Not into the STRONG man game. I like to LOOK like I can bench 400 but only do xxx

different training than body building. most power lifters arn't into the vanity aspect....

good on him..... however..... i'd rather look the way I do now.
Back in HS I could power clean 225lbs..... I was only 175lbs. My football coach had us powerlifting all year long. If I tried to power clean 225lbs now..... I think I might fall over.....

not to downplay his lifting... but if you keep your back 10" away from the seat and use your chest, its not that difficult for someone who looks like they pound down 100mg dbol everyday.

Most guys on this board couldnt even squat 405x6...let alone military press it. Ok, the guy is fat fvck, lol no debating that.....but god damn...that is one of the most impressive lifts I have seen captured on film. I don't even wanna know his Squat, DL, and Flat Bench are.

Just got back from doing shoulders and arms. I can't do 405x6, not even close, but I get an even 300x4 with good form, and I am prettier than this guy, so do I win or lose?
