    I didnt even want to see this but couldnt resist... were those guys even trying to fight him or did he just beat up 5 scawny ass kids for no reason? They didnt seem to be picking a fight? Hell, these kids looked like they weighed 140lbs in their big puffy jackets.

    That was me at the end of last semester when I was on Winny. I'd say early May. I was probably 235. I started bulking again too soon and now I am close to 250lbs. Not nearly as hard and defined looking as I was.

    Thanks , appericate it. But in reality, I am probably 14% in that avi. For some reason, my delts and biceps stay rock hard and defined regardless of my bf%, for the most part. I think I barely had two abs showing during the time of that avi picture.
