    Needing more women to be active..

    I have made my diet to where it needs to be. Now I wanna take that next step.. I have seen guys info and suggestion after suggestion.. but hello LADIES!!!!! There a newbies that are girls too!!

    There is a ladies thread, but there isnt really ANYONE active on it.. I was on it alot of last night, and there is like two girls on there that log on.. N BJJ your wife and I need to get together .. in the non sexual way... just had to throw that out there LOL

    Most women don't like really working out. They going to the gym and standing around drinking smoothies. Thats why there isn't a large female presence on this board.

    unfortunately there is a large female presence at my gym... and I mean large, like Cal's type large. They have to run on 2 treadmills.
